DAY TOUR CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY
All Day Tour flights and Charters are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Aztec Airways recommends that all guests traveling purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
If you cancel your reservation, you will be issued a credit on file. This credit is valid for travel within 6 months and fees will apply as set forth below:
- No change fee for changes made at least 14 days prior to departure
- $100.00 per passenger for changes made 8 to 13 days prior to departure
- $250 per passenger for changes made 2 to 7 days prior to departure
*Changes/cancellations made inside of 48 hours of departure, customer forfeits ticket.
The net amount of the credit will remain in escrow until it is either used or expires. Upon expiration (6 Months), all monies are forfeited by the participant. Extensions beyond 6 months are not possible. Changes and cancellation can be made by emailing
miki@aztecairways.com, and daytours@aztecairways.com the time stamp on your email to us must reflect the 48-hour cutoff or no credit will be issued. If you call our office, you must speak to a representative who will note the changes in the system. A voice message left to this effect is not acceptable. No credit will be issued for a cancellation or schedule change made less than 48 hours prior to departure. In this instance, the entire Day tour flight/ charter flight price is forfeited.
Should Aztec Airways cancel the day tour due to bad weather i.e. tropical storm or hurricane conditions – Aztec Air reserves the right to decide on whether a re-scheduling may occur.
