Validity & Usage:
- Your Island Pass is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
- It may be used by the purchaser or any designated recipient, including pets.
- Island Pass Flights are subject to availability. You can book your flight either online or through the customer portal.
- Island Passes are designated for a single destination, which will be indicated on your receipt. Kindly review the details included with your purchase.
Extension Option:
- The Island Pass can be extended for an additional 60 days beyond its original one-year validity for a fee of $150.
Pricing & Payment:
- All prices are stated in US dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
- All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Most major credit cards are accepted.
Bookings & Changes:
- Island Pass Flights can be cancelled or changed at no charge up to 24 hours before the flight.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled flight departure will result in the ticket being forfeited.
- A “No-Show” (failure to show up for the flight) will also result in forfeiture of the ticket.
Transferability:
- The Island Pass is transferable and may be assigned to anyone by the purchaser.
Refunds:
- Island Pass may be cancelled within 48 hours for a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days to the original payment method.
- The Island Pass is not refundable or extendable beyond its one-year validity period.
Eligibility:
- You must be 18 years or older to purchase an Island Pass.
Locked In Dates: The Island Pass has no blackout dates, allowing travel during all major holidays. However, flights booked during Locked-In Dates cannot be cancelled or changed once confirmed. Locked-in dates include:
- Easter: Apr 17 – 29, 2025
- Memorial Day: May 23 – 26, 2025
- Independence Day: Jul 3 – 6, 2025
- Labor Day: Sep 29 – 1, 2025
- Thanksgiving: Nov 26 – Dec 1, 2025
- Christmas: Dec 20 – 29, 2025
- New Year: December 30, 2025 – January 3, 2026
